Dosha started as a management consulting company. The work gradually moved from advising organizations to automating the processes we were helping them improve, then into years of ERP implementation, localization and software development. That experience is part of the reason Novis ERP exists today.
The real story
We did not begin by deciding to create three brands. Each name came from a different stage of the same work, as customer needs and our own development capability changed over time.
The first work was about management, processes and how organizations could operate with clearer responsibility and better information. That consulting background stayed useful later, because ERP only works well when the business process behind it is understood.
As the work moved closer to day-to-day operations, Dosha began supplying Odoo automation, implementation, customization, training and support. Working from Odoo version 11 onward gave us years of practical exposure to what international ERP software handles well and where local organizations need more.
Across consulting, ERP implementation and support, we served more than 40 organizations. Every project added practical knowledge about accounting, payroll, procurement, approvals, imports, reporting, branches, user adoption and the small operating details that determine whether an ERP becomes useful after go-live.
We had reached a stage where the solution was no longer only standard Odoo. We were combining Odoo with locally developed modules built around Ethiopian operating requirements. That combination is why the Hybrid name was genuine: an international ERP platform strengthened with our own local development.
After repeatedly configuring other platforms, developing local modules and supporting customers through real operational problems, the next question became obvious: instead of always adapting somebody else’s core ERP, what would we build if the core product itself were ours?
Novis ERP is independent of Odoo. It brings together what we learned through consulting, Odoo implementation, localization, software development and long-term customer support, and it is now the ready SaaS product we want most organizations to evaluate first.

Where the journey leads today
Novis ERP is already built, SaaS-ready and independent of Odoo, so a customer can evaluate a real product instead of starting from a customization project. Hybrid ERP remains the route when an organization specifically needs deeper Odoo engineering, migration, integration or a more specialized enterprise implementation.
